02Products & descriptions

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours, finishes and sizes may vary slightly from the photos, and spices or food shown in images are for display only and are not included.

03Prices & payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

04Orders

Your order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you’ll get a full refund.

06Using our products

Please follow the care and safety instructions provided with each product. Cookware can get very hot; always use handles and heat-safe gloves where needed. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear.

07Intellectual property

All content on this site, including our logo, photos, text and designs, belongs to Tawa Kitchenware and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

08Limitation of liability

Our products and website are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tawa Kitchenware is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
